1Who operates Cube Engines

Cube Engines (cubeengines.com) is a multi-game entertainment platform offering four games: Ponzi Pyramid, iCourt, Scalp Engine, and Vault Auction.

Because the applicable laws differ by region, Cube Engines applies different rules to India-based users and users outside India. Section 2 and Section 3 below are not interchangeable โ€” the section that governs your use of the platform is determined by your location, verified at account and session level.

This page describes how Cube Engines' India operations are structured. It is a factual description of the platform's model, not a legal certification of compliance with any specific law โ€” that determination rests with applicable regulators and courts.

2India-specific terms

If you are accessing Cube Engines from India, the following applies to you in full, and overrides anything elsewhere on this page that conflicts with it:

This model is described with reference to the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 (PROGA). Cube Engines' India operations โ€” no deposits, no withdrawals, gameplay-only currency, and prize mechanisms decoupled from gameplay โ€” are structured with that Act in mind. As noted above, this is a description of the operating model, not a legal opinion.

A note on terminology: Cube Engines' games โ€” including Ponzi Pyramid, iCourt, Scalp Engine, and Vault Auction โ€” run on the same underlying gameplay mechanics for both India-based and international users. Because of this shared gameplay design, you will see terms across the platform such as "wager," "payout," "entry fee," and similar gaming-industry language, regardless of which region you're playing from.

For India-based users, none of these terms carry any monetary meaning whatsoever. A "wager" is a stake of in-game dollars ($), an "entry fee" is paid in in-game dollars, and a "payout" is credited in in-game dollars โ€” all of which have no cash value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be withdrawn or converted, as described above. These words describe the shape of the gameplay, not a real-money transaction. Cube Engines uses this shared terminology across regions rather than changing the language of the game itself; only the underlying currency and its real-world value differ by region.

3International terms

If you are accessing Cube Engines from outside India, the following applies to you:

4Eligibility & accounts

5Data we collect

Cube Engines collects the minimum data needed to run the platform, prevent abuse, and let you keep your account. Here is exactly what is collected, and when:

DataWhenRequired?
Device fingerprintOn sign-in / guest creationAutomatic
IP addressOn sign-in / guest creationAutomatic
Display nameEntered by you as a guestRequired
Email addressOnly if you choose to create a full accountOptional
Date of birthOnly if you choose to create a full accountOptional

Device fingerprint and IP address are used only to prevent bonus abuse and duplicate accounts (fraud prevention) โ€” not for advertising or tracking across other sites.

What we don't collect: Cube Engines does not collect or store any payment details, card numbers, bank details, or wallet addresses. There is nothing of that kind on the platform for India-based accounts, and international withdrawal addresses are handled only at the moment of a withdrawal request, not stored as personal profile data beyond that transaction record.

6Data protection & your rights

Cube Engines processes personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).

How long we keep your data: Your data is kept only for as long as your account is active. There is no separate retention timer โ€” the moment you ask for your account to be deleted, the deletion process (below) begins.

Your rights: You can ask, at any time, to:

To exercise any of these, email support@cube-studios.com โ€” see Section 15 for the deletion process and timeline.

7Firebase & Google

Cube Engines is built on Firebase, a Google product, to handle sign-in, storage of your account data, and core app functionality. Google processes this data on Cube Engines' behalf, under Google's own privacy and security standards.

For details on how Google itself handles data as our infrastructure provider, see Google's own privacy policy:

8Cookies

Cube Engines does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie in use is a functional one that keeps you signed in between visits, so you don't have to log in every time. That's it โ€” nothing is used to track you across other websites or build an advertising profile.

9AI services

Cube Engines does not use any AI services in the operation of its games, in determining outcomes, or in processing your personal data. Game results are determined by player interaction, as described in Section 11 โ€” not by any algorithmic or AI-driven system.

10Advertising & monetisation

Cube Engines does not run third-party advertisements of any kind, does not sell ad space, and does not accept payment from advertisers to promote anything within the platform.

11Fair play

Outcomes in Cube Engines games are determined by player interactions within each round โ€” not by the platform. Players compete directly against each other, and the results reflect their own decisions and timing.

12Prohibited conduct

Violating these may result in account suspension or forfeiture of in-game balance and bonuses.

13Disputes & governing law

For India-based users, these terms are governed by the laws of India. For international users, disputes are handled according to the terms provided at the point of your affiliate or platform agreement, where applicable. In all cases, the first step for any dispute is to contact support@cube-studios.com.

14Changes to these terms

Cube Engines may update this page as the platform, or the laws that apply to it, change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.

15Contact & account deletion

To ask a question, request your data, or delete your account, email support directly. Account deletion requests are processed within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your email.

For all support, data, and deletion requests: support@cube-studios.com

16iCourt content moderation

iCourt is a live photo-judging game, and Cube Engines takes what gets uploaded in a live session seriously.

This scanning happens automatically, in real time, on every image submitted in a live iCourt session โ€” not as a manual or occasional check.

17iCourt image retention & deletion

Cube Engines does not sell, license, or otherwise share images uploaded to iCourt.
